WHERE CAN I BUY JANE CORBETT HATS

You can buy Jane Corbett hats from the website or from one of our stockists.  Some of the stores we work with have different ranges that have been designed exclusively for them.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Our hats are made and finished by hand.  Most of our designs take 3-5 days to make so please allow up to 10 working days including posting from when you have placed your order.

HAVE A GIFT VOUCHER?

When you view your basket, at the bottom left there is a space to enter your voucher code. Click ‘Apply Voucher’ and the price will automatically adjust.

THE PIECE I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE – CAN I STILL ORDER ONE?

HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation by email when we have received your order.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Once an order has been placed we will begin to make your hat for you.  No refunds can be made once an order has been placed.

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE VAT?

Yes, all prices shown include VAT.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed on our secure server.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties

Our hats are made and finished by hand.  Most of our designs take 3-5 days to make so please allow 10 working days including posting from when you place your order. The delivery cost is specified at check out.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

We are very busy being creative, postage costs can be complicated and variable depending on where you are, the weight and who we use.  We like to keep things simple. We ask for a contribution towards postage and packaging of £10 in the UK and worldwide.  It is invariably more than this.

Your hat will come to you beautifully packaged and we will absorb any further costs.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We ship to all countries worldwide.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Most of our hats are made to order.  If you have purchased a hat has already been made or from our Couture one off range and you need your order urgently, please telephone +44 (0)20 3372 6811 and we will do what we can do try and get it to you.

I NEED MY ORDER SOONER THAN THE DELIVERY TIME STATED.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

We use a number of different Courier firms and so the terms and conditions may vary however, most will require a signature.

HOW MUCH DUTY AND TAX DO I NEED TO PAY?

The prices shown include VAT.  (We will need some wording for EXPORT taxes or Import Duties)

WHY ARE DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS APPLIED TO SOME ITEMS?

Some countries have their own import restrictions on certain items such as exotic furs and skins, which we must abide by.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All of our Couriers use tracking.  You will be notified once the order is complete.

IN WHAT PACKAGING WILL GOODS BE DELIVERED?

Your Jane Corbett hat will be packaged in a unique Jane Corbett hat box wrapped in white tissue paper. This will be posted in a protective outer box.
