HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You don’t need to set up an account or have a password.  All of our clients are important to us. We won’t need you to have an account to remember who you are, we keep design and preference history for all of our clients. We don’t want to store your payment card details – that way it is more secure and you don’t have to remember a password.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

Every time you buy from us we will ask you to confirm your latest contact details. They will therefore always be up to date.

DO I AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE EMAILS FROM YOU ABOUT NEW COLLECTIONS AND DESIGNS?

Following a purchase or registration we will always check that you are happy to receive emails from us about our latest creations and other information. We are very busy being creative and so will only get in touch if we think it is of interest to you. If you don’t want to receive these, you can always opt out which is a simple button at the bottom of the email.

WILL YOU PASS MY DETAILS ONTO OTHER COMPANIES?

No,  we will never share your details with any other companies.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

The majority of Jane Corbett hats and headpieces have been cleverly designed to fit all head shapes and sizes. We do this to ensure that buying a hat is as simple as possible and to allow you to focus on design and colour. We achieve this using either a hair coloured wire frame that will fit to your head like an Alice band, or by using a fine elastic band that sits at the back of your head underneath your hair to secure the piece in place.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN POLICIES?

As all pieces are made to order, they can only be returned in the unlikely event that they are faulty.  This must be reported to us as soon as they are delivered.

As all pieces are made to order. They can only be retuned in the unlikely event that they are faulty or damaged in transit.  This must be reported as soon as they are delivered. In these circumstances we will of course cover the cost of return.

Once an order has been placed we will begin to make your hat for you.  No refunds can be made once an order has been placed.
